Clare Conway

Data Operations and Client Success

Clare is all about solving problems. Her previous experience in technology across a range of organizations from blue chip to start-ups combined with her background in quality and analytics made her a valuable early addition to the Clavis team in 2012. During her time with Clavis, Clare held key roles in Product Management and Customer Success. Now leading Data Operations for Edge, Clare is focused on leveraging the cutting edge data management technologies and teams to deliver best in class data and customer support.

Danny Silverman

Marketing

Danny is an established industry thought leader with over 14 years of experience helping brands grow their online presence and sales. He spent eight of those years at Johnson & Johnson where he led their ecommerce strategy.

Marc Concannon

Technology

Marc has more than 20 years’ experience developing and empowering teams to build innovative internet-based products and solutions. His previous roles included director of products for NASDAQ-listed Rapid7 and vice president of platform for Logentries. As head of Technology, he will bring that experience to bear on the future development of the Edge ecommerce solution.

Brad Stewart

Data Science

Brad has been involved in technology since the mid 90’s when he started building fan websites for his favorite bands (The Cure, The Clash!).  He’s spent time in a range of organizations including GE, Apple and Sundance as well as personal ventures focused on “wisdom of the crowd” platforms prior to joining One Click Retail. Formally an early member of One Click Retail as a lead developer and algorithm developer, Brad is now responsible for the newly formed Data Science organization within Edge where he’ll be guiding the team in maximizing customer value from our data.

Brian Mathews

Brian is a customer focused HRBP and HR Project Lead with over 10 years’ experience in the US and Ireland. With a strong history of implementation and simplification of HR systems, processes and initiatives creating empowering workplaces, Brian brings his expertise to the Edge leadership team.

Henry Sturgess

Finance

Henry is a passionate finance leader with experience of working in start-up environments, post acquisition integration, financial reporting & controls set-up, compliance procedures, scaling businesses/products, financial strategy and business partnering with entrepreneurs / CEO's / commercial leaders to get the best from the business. With experience working in Europe, USA and in the Brazil / Latam market in both M&A Advisory and Finance Leadership roles, Henry brings world class talent to the Edge team.

Declan has worked in leadership and consulting roles across Financial Services, Supply Chain and Retail Analytics industries over the past 20 years. He has a passion for business relationship management, and applying data and analytics to drive value. Declan leads the Edge China APAC business from Shanghai.

James has spent the past decade immersed in eCommerce and SaaS based solutions for both the brand and retail communities.  His passion for cultivating mutually successful endeavors includes work with organizations such as Walmart, CVS, and L'Oréal.

Jeremy is an acknowledged business leader in ecommerce, digital marketing, research and strategic planning. He brings extensive experience across many sectors to the Edge team including, FMCG / CPG, Fashion, Retail, Media and Telecoms and for brands such as Nokia, Unilever and eBay.

Lisa's has a strong backrground within the retail industry with a history in building collaborative, profitable and long-term customer relationships in the retail and FMCG market research space. Through a deep understanding of customers' key objectives and challenges, Lisa is able to support our customers to drive growth and position themselves as experts within the rapidly changing retail environment.
