Sara is Vice President Customer Development and eCommerce for Asia-Pacific and has held this position since June 2019.

Previously, she was Vice President Global Customer Development and eCommerce for Hill’s Pet Nutrition.Sara Joined Colgate-Palmolive in Italy straight after graduating in BA from Bocconi University. She worked in several roles (Customer service, Demand Planning, Key Account Management, Retail Marketing, General Management) and geographies (Asia-Pacific, Europe, North America, Latin America).


Josephine Siow, IMC Manager - Media & Digital, The Coca Cola Company

Having worked in the marketing industry for over 8 years, Josephine is passionate about building meaningful business solutions that makes a difference in various business disciplines, including e-commerce, digital, media, creative and integrated marketing.

She is particularly experienced in building customer relationships in e-commerce and the food service aggregator sector with bottling partners, covering Singapore and Malaysia market. Key areas of focus: Ecommerce, Food Delivery, Partnerships, Transaction Marketing.
