Tom has 12 years of ecommerce experience behind him, his expertise ranging from category management to digital marketing and analytics. He has a passion for creating strategies to win eretail search and is currently helping top FMCG brands accelerate online sales with search a critical pillar. Tom has worked with the likes of Nestle, L’Oréal, Mars, Pepsico and Danone, and worked for both Tesco and Rakuten before joining Edge by Ascential.

Jill Meng, Customer Success Director, Edge APAC 
Jill is an expert in analytics, data mining, modeling, and all topics related to retail analytics. Jill has over 15 years of experience with analytics and consulting, with 5 years focused specifically on the ecommerce space in both China and Korea. Prior to Edge by Ascential, Jill was employed with Nielsen Analytical Consulting for 7 years, prior to which she spent 6 years working in a biomedical lab. Jill is passionate about helping her clients find success through our data and insights. 

ShiLing Koh, Senior Insights Manager, Edge APAC
ShiLing has 10 years of professional marketing research experience with a proven history of working across categories, clients and countries, predominantly in the Customer Insights and Innovation spaces. She has rich experience in helping clients across different industries to turn data and analytics into rich insights, and devising strategies to help with their retail business growth.
